ABOUT US

OOST & VOORT INC. was founded in 2016 in Metro Manila, Philippines by Caspar Oostendorp and Jim Vandevoort, both experienced global entrepreneurs with residency in the Philippines.

Their extensive expertise towards empowering organizations is now being applied locally and globally in the field of Software Development and Advisory Services.

FOUNDERS

Caspar Oostendorp (1977, Netherlands) has been active in software development since 1996,  incorporated his own software consulting company in 2001 and then in 2009, setup a regional branch to assemble, train,  and equip a software development team in the Philippines serving mainly European clients. He is a highly experienced software architect, developer and project manager. 

Jim Vandevoort (1980, USA) has specialized in leadership and project management since graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy. He spent his Naval career as a Special Operations Officer, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, before transitioning to the private sector as a Management Consultant in the Philippines in 2011.
